Delete your account and data
Request deletion of an account and associated personal data in an IMtech application without reinstalling the app.
Use this form for an IMtech-operated application. Enter its store name and the email associated with your account. You do not need to sign in or reinstall the app. Submitting the form requests permanent account deletion, not temporary deactivation. Do not include passwords or payment details.
Verification and completion
The request is saved for the team responsible for the application. Before deleting anything, we verify ownership using the account's registered contact method. An unverified request cannot delete another person's account. You will receive the processing timeframe and any applicable retention details, followed by confirmation when the process is complete.
Data covered
The request covers the account profile, authentication access and personal data associated with that account, including user-provided content held by the application. Any retention required by law, its purpose and duration must be explained for the relevant service. The application's privacy notice describes its data categories and retention rules.
Subscriptions
Account deletion does not automatically cancel subscriptions billed by Apple or Google. Manage subscriptions through your App Store or Google Play account. A subscription is not a reason to prevent you from requesting deletion.
