Hospitality operations
An operations system for hotels and restaurants: rotas, training that gates shift access, maintenance tickets and a POS.
Engineering company
IMtech designs and builds operations systems, analytics, document workflow and AI agents where no off-the-shelf solution exists. Eight such systems are already assembled — from restaurant shift scheduling to heating substation control.
Cases
Every entry below is a real project: the client's task, the solution we delivered and its current stage. We state the stage openly, including where the system is still being built.
An operations system for hotels and restaurants: rotas, training that gates shift access, maintenance tickets and a POS.
Quoting and transport-request management for road carriers, their resellers and end customers in Europe.
A corporate lunch platform: staff order a week ahead, the company holds the limit, the kitchen gets its reports.
Work-time and stock tracking for a coffee shop: shift check-ins in a Telegram bot, schedules and reminders in the manager dashboard.
A field platform for US home-service and handyman crews: jobs, estimates built from photos and voice, a live crew map, invoices and payments.
One personal system where tasks, time, money, health and shared lists live in the same data across phone, browser and desktop.
Shop-floor tracking of finished goods: scan at the station, build the shipment in the app, keep working with no network.
A cleaning company website with a step-by-step quote calculator, orders saved to a database, and a panel where prices and content are edited.
Why IMtech
We take on tasks that have no ready solution on the market yet. Each product starts from a hypothesis tested on a prototype, not from a competitor's feature list.
A product has to fit into the way a company works today. We design integrations and roles so that adoption does not require halting day-to-day operations.
Success is measured by the change in how the company works, not by the number of modules launched. That is why every pilot has an agreed outcome criterion set in advance.
Track record
We publish a case study only after the partner has approved the wording and the numbers. So for now the section below shows its structure filled with placeholder text.

How we build products
The same path for every product. We do not move to the next step until the previous one has answered its question.
We study the process from the inside together with the people who work in it. We formulate the hypothesis the product has to confirm or disprove.
We assemble a working prototype of the key scenario. The goal is to test the idea on real data, not to show polished screens.
We launch the product in the partner's real environment with agreed outcome criteria and a fixed timeframe.
We bring the solution to production grade: reliability, access rights, integrations, documentation and support.
We develop the product based on user feedback and on metrics that show real usage.
R&D projects
Alongside our own product line, we take on a small number of R&D projects: we build a product for a partner's non-standard task that has no ready solution on the market.
Large companies with a task that existing software does not cover, and with the readiness to work on the solution together.
News
Product status, engineering decisions and team news.
We outline the scenarios the current prototype of our flagship product covers, and what we plan to validate with pilot partners.
We take on few client projects. Here is the logic behind our decisions about who to work with, and what a partner gets.
Documented architecture, tests for critical scenarios and a reproducible environment are not preferences but requirements for every product.
Tell us about the task or process you need help with. We will respond with clarifying questions and propose a next step.
