AI automation
We look for routine in your process that a system can take over, and build AI into your internal tools and messengers — with a human check where mistakes are costly. There are no published AI case studies on the site yet, so here we describe how we approach such tasks.
Animation: a document enters the system, is broken down into separate fields and comes out as an ordered table.
When you need it
Situations that bring people to us for this service.
The same questions over and over
Staff answer the same customer and colleague questions every day.
Documents are retyped by hand
Data from invoices, delivery notes or contracts is retyped into software — slowly and with errors.
Routine eats specialists' time
Reports and sorting through photos or call recordings are done by people who could be doing more complex work.
Not sure where to start with AI
You'd like to use AI, but it's unclear where it will really help and where it will only add risk.
What's included
Finding processes to automate
We take the process apart and choose what to automate first: where there is the most routine and the benefit can be checked.
Chatbots and assistants
Bots in messengers and on your site answer typical questions from your materials and pass harder ones to a person.
Document recognition
Fields from invoices, delivery notes and contracts reach the system without retyping and are checked against your rules.
Photo and voice processing
Speech recognition, transcription of recordings, and processing photos for reports and tickets.
Human review
The system doesn't settle doubtful cases on its own — it passes them to the person responsible for confirmation.
Built into the process
AI works inside your software and messengers, not as a separate service on the side.
Pilot and checking the result
We launch on part of the process with agreed criteria and decide together whether to extend it.
What you get
- A list of processes worth automating and where to start
- A prototype on your own sample documents or requests
- A bot or document processing built into the process
- Human review rules for doubtful cases
- A pilot with agreed success criteria
The project path
From the first conversation to daily use
Every step ends with a decision: go on or stop. We don't start the next one until the previous one has given its answer.
- 01
Getting to know the task
You describe the process and what gets in the way. We reply by email with questions and arrange a call.
- 02
Discovery
We study the process with the people who work in it and write down what the system must change and how we will check it.
- 03
Prototype
We build a working prototype of the key scenario to test the idea on real data rather than on polished screens.
- 04
Pilot
We run the system in your real environment with agreed outcome criteria and a deadline. After the pilot we decide together whether to go further.
- 05
Launch and growth
We bring it to daily use: reliability, access rights, links to other software, documentation, support. Then we develop it based on user feedback.
Questions about this service
How is an AI bot different from a bot with buttons?
A button bot walks people through a fixed menu. An AI bot understands a question asked in the person's own words, answers from your materials and passes harder cases to a person.
What if the system makes a mistake?
That's why a person stays in the process: doubtful cases go to the person responsible for confirmation, and we agree the review rules before launch.
Can you build AI into our software and messengers?
Yes, that's our approach: AI works where people already work — in a messenger, an accounting system or an internal tool.
Why are there no AI case studies on the site?
We have no published AI case studies yet. We suggest starting with a prototype on your own examples: it will show whether automation pays off in your particular process.
