Service websites with a price calculator

We build websites for service companies where customers calculate the cost themselves: a step-by-step calculator using your pricing schemes, a price list you change in the panel, and enquiries with calculations that don't get lost in a messenger. Our basis is a cleaning company's website, live with the client.

Animation: the area slider moves, extras switches turn on, the total column grows in steps, and the enquiry with its calculation moves into the stack of saved enquiries.

When you need it

Situations that bring people to us for this service.

  • The price is hard-coded into the site

Any price change means editing a file and a developer updating the site.

  • Customers don't know the price before calling

To find out the cost they have to write or call — and some never do.

  • Enquiries live in a chat

A form enquiry goes straight to a messenger and isn't stored anywhere.

  • No trust in the result

Customers want to see what finished work looks like, not just a price list.

What's included

  1. Pricing schemes

A fixed sum, a rate per square metre, a tariff by number of rooms — or your own scheme.

  2. Step-by-step calculator

Extras, the total and the duration are calculated at once while the customer chooses.

  3. Price list in the panel

You change services, prices and categories yourself, and the calculator takes them from there.

  4. Enquiries with statuses

“New”, “confirmed”, “completed”, “cancelled”; filters by status and source, search by name and phone.

  5. Notifications

An enquiry is saved first and then arrives in Telegram — so it doesn't depend on the messenger being available.

  6. Blog and city pages

Articles with drafts and scheduled publishing, separate copy for cities, answers to common questions.

  7. Before-and-after gallery

A pair can't be saved without both photos — a single photo can't be passed off as finished work.

What you get

  • A price calculation scheme
  • A website with a step-by-step calculator
  • A panel for prices, content and enquiries
  • Enquiry notifications in a messenger
  • A technical foundation for search

The project path

From the first conversation to daily use

Every step ends with a decision: go on or stop. We don't start the next one until the previous one has given its answer.

  1. 01

    Getting to know the task

You describe the process and what gets in the way. We reply by email with questions and arrange a call.

  2. 02

    Discovery

We study the process with the people who work in it and write down what the system must change and how we will check it.

  3. 03

    Prototype

We build a working prototype of the key scenario to test the idea on real data rather than on polished screens.

  4. 04

    Pilot

We run the system in your real environment with agreed outcome criteria and a deadline. After the pilot we decide together whether to go further.

  5. 05

    Launch and growth

We bring it to daily use: reliability, access rights, links to other software, documentation, support. Then we develop it based on user feedback.

Questions about this service

Our price depends on many conditions — can it be calculated?

Yes. In the cleaning case study three pricing schemes and extras work together; more complex rules — such as tariffs with route legs and surcharges — we built for a road freight carrier.

Who will change the prices?

Your manager — in the panel, without a developer. The calculator immediately uses the new prices.

Can a calculator be added to our existing site?

Yes. In the cleaning case study the site itself wasn't rewritten: only where it takes its data from changed, and the addresses search engines know keep working.

Have a project with no ready-made solution?

Describe it in a few sentences: how things work today and what gets in the way. We reply by email with questions on the next business day.
