Terms of Service

Scope
These terms apply to the IMtech website and IMtech-operated applications that explicitly link to this page. The service provider is the developer identified in the applicable store listing or your service agreement. Using a service means accepting these terms. Product-specific terms and a signed agreement take precedence where they cover the same subject.
Your account
Provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure and use only accounts you are authorised to access. If you use a service on behalf of an organisation, you must have the authority to do so. Report suspected unauthorised access through the service's support channel.
Permitted use
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose, subject to your subscription or agreement. Do not interfere with security or availability, access other people's data without permission, distribute malicious software, or use the service unlawfully.
Your content and rights
You retain your rights to the content you provide. You grant only the permissions needed to store, process and display it to deliver the service. You must have the rights and permissions needed for that content. Software, branding and other IMtech materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Paid features and subscriptions
If a service offers paid features, the applicable price, billing interval and renewal terms are displayed before purchase. Store purchases, cancellations and refunds are handled under the applicable App Store or Google Play terms. Deleting an app or requesting account deletion does not by itself cancel a store subscription; manage it in your store account.
Privacy and account deletion
Personal data is handled under the privacy notice linked by the relevant application. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data using the account-deletion page linked below. Ownership is verified before deletion. Information that must be retained by law is handled as described in the applicable privacy notice.
Availability and changes
Services may be updated or temporarily unavailable for maintenance. Preview features may change. Any service levels, support commitments or delivery milestones must be set out in the applicable service agreement. Material changes to terms will be identified through the service; the current version and its date are published here.
Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted to address security incidents, unlawful use or material breaches of these terms. You can stop using a service and request account deletion. Termination does not remove mandatory consumer rights or obligations that must continue under applicable law.
Responsibility
Use the service within its documented purpose and review important outputs before acting on them. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Business-specific warranties, liability limits and dispute procedures are governed by the applicable agreement and mandatory law.
