Service

Telegram platforms

We build work tools in Telegram: a bot for check-ins and reminders, a Mini App for the catalogue and stock issues, notifications about new enquiries. The messenger is a convenient way in, while data is stored in a system with a manager's web panel. Our basis is the café (bot and Mini App) and the cleaning company (enquiry notifications).

Animation: in a chat on a phone, the bot sends a message with buttons, the person taps a button, and the data flies from the chat to the manager's panel, where a new row appears.

When you need it

Situations that bring people to us for this service.

  • The team won't install another app

People are already in the messenger, and a separate app is one more barrier.

  • Data stays in the chat

Check-ins and orders are posted to a group, and later nobody can find them.

  • Reminders by hand

The manager writes to everyone who forgot to check in or close a shift.

  • An enquiry got lost in the messenger

The message arrived but wasn't saved anywhere.

What's included

  1. Messenger scenarios

What people do in the bot, what in the Mini App, and what stays in the web panel.

  2. Bot

Connection with a code, actions with buttons, your own rota in the bot.

  3. Mini App

Catalogue search, quantity, unit and photo; today's entry can be cancelled.

  4. Reminders and notifications

The system reminds staff, notifies managers and keeps a notification log.

  5. Messages

Messages to staff in the bot, sent from the manager's panel.

  6. Web panel

Data shared with the bot: rotas, reports, an action log.

  7. Enquiry notifications

An enquiry is stored in the system first and then arrives in Telegram.

What you get

  • Bot and Mini App scenarios
  • A Telegram bot and Mini App
  • A manager's web panel with shared data
  • Reminders and messages
  • Code and documentation that are open to you

The project path

From the first conversation to daily use

Every step ends with a decision: go on or stop. We don't start the next one until the previous one has given its answer.

  1. 01

    Getting to know the task

You describe the process and what gets in the way. We reply by email with questions and arrange a call.

  2. 02

    Discovery

We study the process with the people who work in it and write down what the system must change and how we will check it.

  3. 03

    Prototype

We build a working prototype of the key scenario to test the idea on real data rather than on polished screens.

  4. 04

    Pilot

We run the system in your real environment with agreed outcome criteria and a deadline. After the pilot we decide together whether to go further.

  5. 05

    Launch and growth

We bring it to daily use: reliability, access rights, links to other software, documentation, support. Then we develop it based on user feedback.

Questions about this service

What if Telegram is unavailable?

Data is stored in the system, not in the chat: in the cleaning case study an enquiry is saved to the panel first and only then sent as a notification.

Do staff need to install anything?

No — just Telegram. Connecting to the bot is a one-off step with a code.

A bot or a separate app?

A bot when the actions are simple and the team is already in the messenger. A separate app when you need offline work, scanning or complex screens.

Have a project with no ready-made solution?

Describe it in a few sentences: how things work today and what gets in the way. We reply by email with questions on the next business day.
