Management platforms

We build platforms where a company runs its projects and day-to-day operations: tasks and sprints, rotas and checklists, time and finance tracking, tickets between teams. One system for every screen — with shared access rules and offline work.

Animation: on a board with three status columns, task cards move one by one from “to do” to “done” and get a tick, while the sprint bar above the board fills up.

When you need it

Situations that bring people to us for this service.

  • Work is scattered across apps

Tasks in one service, time in a spreadsheet, money in another — and the records don't match.

  • Ready-made trackers don't know your process

Statuses, roles and access rules have to be bent to someone else's model.

  • Operations run on a messenger

The rota, checklists and repair requests live in chats, and the manager can't see what needs a decision today.

  • Data isn't where people are

A record was made on a computer but is needed on a phone — or there is no network at all.

What's included

  1. Process and role analysis

Who runs what, who sees and changes what, and where information gets lost today.

  2. Projects and tasks

Tasks and subtasks, sprints, deadlines, priorities, status columns and reminders.

  3. Time tracking

A timer for a task or meeting, entries by day and summaries.

  4. Finance

Accounts, several currencies, transfers, budget limits and carrying balances over between months.

  5. Operations

Shift rotas, checklists with photo confirmation, tickets between teams with priorities and a log.

  6. Meetings and calendar

A meeting schedule with repeats and calendar events imported without duplicates.

  7. Roles and access rights

A role builder, the same rules on every screen, and a before-and-after action log.

  8. Every device, and offline work

Apps for phone, browser and desktop; records are saved on the device first and sync by themselves.

What you get

  • A description of processes, roles and permissions
  • A prototype of the key scenario
  • A browser platform and apps for the devices you need
  • Roles, permissions and an action log
  • Links to your calendar or other software you already use
  • Code and documentation that are open to you

The project path

From the first conversation to daily use

Every step ends with a decision: go on or stop. We don't start the next one until the previous one has given its answer.

  1. 01

    Getting to know the task

You describe the process and what gets in the way. We reply by email with questions and arrange a call.

  2. 02

    Discovery

We study the process with the people who work in it and write down what the system must change and how we will check it.

  3. 03

    Prototype

We build a working prototype of the key scenario to test the idea on real data rather than on polished screens.

  4. 04

    Pilot

We run the system in your real environment with agreed outcome criteria and a deadline. After the pilot we decide together whether to go further.

  5. 05

    Launch and growth

We bring it to daily use: reliability, access rights, links to other software, documentation, support. Then we develop it based on user feedback.

Questions about this service

Why is this better than a ready-made task tracker?

A ready-made tracker is fine while your process fits its model. When you also need shifts, tickets, finance or your own access rules alongside tasks, one system built around the process is easier than several unconnected services.

Will the platform work on a phone and offline?

Yes, if you need it to. In our own product, records are saved on the device first, and changes sync as soon as there is a connection.

Can we start with tasks only?

Yes. We start with the key scenario and, after the pilot, grow the platform based on user feedback.

Can you connect a calendar?

In our own product we import Google Calendar events without duplicates. Other services we discuss to fit the task.

Have a project with no ready-made solution?

Describe it in a few sentences: how things work today and what gets in the way. We reply by email with questions on the next business day.
